- Audit batches against source documents
- Log error types and coach operators
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a BPO or data role preferred
Team Lead, Operations
- Run a team of 10 to 20 operators
- Own client SOPs, schedules and reporting
- Confident speaking with international clients
- Data or back-office process background
Data Annotation Specialist
- Label images, text and audio to written guidelines
- Patient, consistent and curious
- Basic computer skills
- Training provided on every project
