This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it. Client data processed under a service agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.

Information we collect

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it, for example by email. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry or job application.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement
• To assess job applications you send us
• To meet legal and accounting obligations once you become a client

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you. Write to agreement@ideonixtechhub.com.
