Scoping call
We review your sources, the output you need, expected volumes, turnaround and any compliance rules. You get a written scope within two working days.
Free pilot batch
We process a sample of your real work at no cost. You receive the output and an accuracy report so you can judge us on evidence.
SOP and team setup
Your rules become a written operating procedure. A team lead and trained operators are assigned, and they practise on test data first.
Production
Work runs on the agreed schedule. Your project lead sends progress counts and raises any unclear records straight away.
Quality checks
Each batch gets a second pass and a sampled audit. Errors are logged by type so recurring issues get fixed at the source.
Delivery and review
Output arrives in your format with an accuracy report. A monthly review covers quality, volumes and any changes you need.

Is the pilot batch really free?
Yes. We process a sample of your real work, usually a few hundred records, at no cost and with no commitment. It is the fastest way for both sides to understand the effort and quality involved.
What accuracy can you commit to?
For most structured entry work we agree an accuracy target of 99.5% or higher in the contract, measured by sampled audit. The exact figure depends on source quality and is set after the pilot.
Can you work inside our software?
Yes. Many clients give us restricted logins to their CRM, ERP or portal over VPN. Data then stays in your environment and you control access.
How quickly can you scale a team?
Small increases can usually be made within a week. Larger ramps are planned with you, with new operators trained on your SOP and test data before they join live work.
Which time zone will we deal with?
Our project leads overlap with UK and European hours every day, and we run an evening shift for clients in the US. Australian clients overlap with our morning.
How do you handle confidential data?
Every engagement starts with an NDA. Access is restricted by role, workstations are controlled, and data is deleted at the end of the engagement or on request. We are happy to follow your own data policies.
